What do I get?

A 21×21cm photo book, a stapled softback (saddle-stitched): 28 pages on 150gsm silk paper, with a laminated cover on 250gsm silk card. Full colour throughout, including the inside of the cover.

How much does it cost?

£10, including delivery within the UK. One price, nothing else to pay.

How can I pay?

By card. Mollie takes the payment in their own form, so we never see your card details. We don't offer other methods, such as PayPal, because they'd make you hand over an email address just to pay.

How long until it arrives?

Most books are delivered within a week. We print and post from the UK, to the UK.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your book is posted, we email to say it's on its way, with a tracking link, if you gave us an email address. The link also shows with your order in the editor, on the device you ordered from.

Can I make the whole book on my phone?

Yes. Add your photos and we design the pages for you. You can then swap photos around, switch a page's layout, choose the cover photos, add a title and order, without going near a computer. Moving or resizing photos by hand needs a computer, and you can send the book from your phone to one to finish it there.

Can I use photos from my phone?

Yes. Scan the QR code in the editor and your phone connects to your computer. Where the network allows, the photos go straight from one device to the other; they don't pass through us.

What happens to my photos?

While you're designing, they stay on your device and we don't see them. When you order, we receive what we need to print and post the book, and may look at it to check it came out right, then delete it 30 days after you order. The Privacy page has the full detail.

What do I miss if I don't give an email address?

Only the emails about your order: the confirmation, the one saying your book has been posted, and the tracking link that comes with it. Everything else works the same, and you can still see how your order is getting on in the editor, on the device you ordered from.

I got the address wrong. What can I do?

Reply to your order confirmation, or email hi at rgbloom dot com, as soon as you can. We can change the address up until your book goes to print.

What if the book is faulty, or I change my mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer, faulty or not. You don't need to send the book back. See Returns.

Can I order more than one copy?

Yes. Order as many copies as you like in one go. If they're going to different people, you can split them into separate shipments, each to its own UK address. Every copy is £10, including delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet. We post within the UK only for the time being.

What kind of photo files can I use?

The common ones: JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, and HEIC. Larger, higher-resolution photos print better.

Can I reorder the same book later?

We delete your order 30 days after you place it, so we can't reprint it from our side. But your book stays saved in your browser on the device you made it on, so you can open it again and reorder from there.

Where are my books kept?

In your browser, on the device you made them on. There are no accounts and nothing to sign into: the book, the layout and the photos all live locally. That's why they don't appear on another computer, and why clearing your browser data removes them. To keep a copy that outlives the browser, download it (see below).

How do I keep a copy of my book?

In the editor menu, choose Download book. You get a single .photobook file with everything in it - pages, layout and photos - which is yours to keep somewhere safe or move to another computer. It's the only copy that exists outside your browser, so it's worth doing once you have a book you'd be sorry to lose.

I cleared my browser, or I'm on a new computer. Can I get my book back?

Only if you saved a .photobook file. If you have one, open it by dragging it onto rgbloom.com, or use the "Open a saved .photobook" link in the footer. If you didn't save one, we're sorry, but we can't recover it: books live only in the browser that made them, and we never had a copy. Double-clicking the file won't open it - it has to come in through the site.
