General questions
hi at rgbloom dot com - for anything that is not about an order in flight: questions about the book, the company, the way we work. A real person will reply. Usually within a day or two.
About a specific order
Reply to your order confirmation email and we will pick it up. If you do not have an order confirmation to hand, send a message to hi at rgbloom dot com with whatever you can remember - name, address, rough date - and we will find it.
Note that we delete order details 30 days after the order date by design (see Privacy). After that window we cannot look up your order from our records, though the printer may still have your tracking information for a little longer.

What we cannot do over email
We cannot take payments, change a shipping address mid-print, or send replacement books outside the returns process. Those go through the editor and the order flow. We can answer questions about any of them.
